This sounds too good to be true! How can you do unlimited requests for one set fee?
We’re specialists. When a team focuses on one kind of task they get very efficient. And our teams are divided into specialist groups, each with its own area of expertise.
And when it comes to managing your website, social media or email newsletters, our optimised processes make sure the service we provide to you is fast and professional.
Think of it as being similar to a production line where your ‘raw’ content goes in one end and a shiny new article, social media post or email newsletter comes out the other.
That’s how we’re able to give you such a valuable service at such an affordable price.
What does unlimited really mean?
Send as many requests as you want! We’ll work through each one as fast as possible – usually in 1 business day.
We regard a request as being anything you send us that you need us to do – so, it could easily be a new post, page, email, banner – a tweek or a change or update to an existing piece of content.
More complex requests may take a little longer but we’ll let you know. But you only pay one price no matter how many times you use us.

The best place to start is to ask yourself: ‘is this something I can easily explain or send in an email’?
If so, awesome! We’re off and running.
Now let’s break it down…
1. Website Manager
With Website Manager, we take care of keeping your website’s content up to date. As managers we don’t create the content for you. If you do need content we can guide you in the best way to go about it. But most of the time you’ll be emailing us an article you’ve written yourself or have had written for you. This could be in a Word or Text file or just written directly within the email. Whatever form you send through is fine, we’ll work it out. We then format it, add an eye popping image, add the Meta tags and assign it to Categories and include any live links. We’ll then send you a preview for approval and then publish it. Done.
The same goes for when you need to post an announcement banner on your front page or insert a video or podcast into a page. Basically if it’s something that can be added to a website we’ll do it for you. Just send it through in an email and we’re good to go.
And on your eCommerce store, while we’re happy adding and updating Product descriptions, images and meta tags – we’ll be leaving the actual addition of any new products to your store to you.
2. Social Media Manager
Your Social Media Manager takes care of keeping your social channels up to date, by posting your updates, images, announcements and sharing your latest blog posts or newest video or podcast. Again we’re managers so we won’t be creating the content for you – we awesome at making it look good, though.
With your Instagram, because they frown on agencies like us posting on behalf of clients like you, we send you a neat little package direct to your smartphone that you personally post with a couple of clicks.
However, as part of this service your Manager goes hunting for juicy articles to post on your channels – 3x per week in fact. These make sure that no matter what happens, your social media is current and always popping up in front of your customers.
3. Email Manager
Email Newsletters are still the best converting medium.
For this service, you’ll need to have built yourself an email list and have subscribed to any of the available services – Mailchimp, Aweber…
Then, whenever you need her, your Email Manager puts all your email newsletters and broadcasts together for you. You’ll be sending through the content – links to latest blog articles, announcements and updates. Your Manager then formats the content, adds an image or two and makes sure everything’s working how it’s supposed to and that all the links are alive and kicking. You approve it and off it goes.
What we don’t do
Ok, simply, your Managers are not creating your content from scratch. If you do need bespoke content created there are many options available and we can guide you to the best.

How fast will I get my Request?
Your Kapable Manager typically works in 1 business day rounds.
Every request or revision takes at least 1 business day – sometimes more.
Simple jobs get completed faster than complex ones. If you send through multiple requests, your Manager will complete one before starting the next one and so on. It’s just common sense. You’ll need time for revisions and edits. What you get back each round depends on your unique requests. It’s common sense.

First you’ll be on-boarded. This means you’ll receive step by step instructions on interacting with your new team. Once complete you’ll be ready to go.
